What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard  via PAYPAL and Bank Transfer.

What currency do you use?

Prices are in New Zealand Dollars.

How long does it take to process an order?

It takes up to 48 hours to process an order and have it shipped out to NZ Post.

Can I amend an order?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you further. In the event the order has been dispatched, we will let you know.

I have a product missing from the order, please help?

What courier do you use for shipping?

We use NZ Post and we deliver to every town and city in New Zealand including rural.  

How long does it take to receive my order?

New Zealand orders take 1-5 days, depending on location.

Do you ship internationally?

No. 

How much is shipping in New Zealand?

It costs a from $10 NZD per order and up to $15 NZD for rural, 

Are your perfumes a eau de parfum?

Yes they are.  A parfum is measured between 20% and 40% concentration level. Our perfumes have a 25% concentration level and are considered a eau de parfum. 

Are your products made with natural ingredients?

Some of our ingredients are natural and are compliant with the IFRA, the International Fragrance Association. They are made with an 80% minimum of plant-based ingredients. Propylene Glycol is used as a fixative ensuring a long-lasting scent. They are phthalate free, paraffin free, cruelty free and vegan. They also do not use minerals or palm oil. They are also non-toxic and have a skin-safety of 2-3%. Please refer to product details for further information.

How long does your products last?

Some products use natural preservatives. Some do not use any preservatives. But all of the products can last up to 24 months, provided they are stored in a cool, dry place.  Once opened, they can last anywhere between 6 months and 12 months.

Are your products vegan?

Around 95% of our products are 100% vegan. 

Are your products cruelty free?

All of our products are cruelty free. Rest assured we never test on animals.

Are your products paraben and sulphate free?

Absolutely. All of our products are paraben and sulphate free.

Is all of your ingredients listed on each product?

Yes. All of the ingredients are listed on the labels for each individual product.
